Hypnosis is a process of being guided to go within, where your authentic self knows what thought and behavior patterns need to be released in order to heal from past traumas. "Health" comes from the Old English word for "wholeness": we are most fulfilled and happy when we feel whole.

Through hypnosis, you will experience a sense of wholeness, which is the root of wellness, health, and self-empowerment.  Each session will begin with group relaxation techniques where participants will move from beta brain waves to the calmer delta and theta brain waves. Each session will focus on a different, but universally relatable pattern, behavior or emotional state such as: anxiety, fear, stress, depression, past trauma, insomnia, addiction, relationship issues, self-confidence, or self-knowledge.  

Through hypnosis we will directly access the subconscious to help reset a pattern or thought process. After the session participants will receive an mp3 for personal, night time listening. This will continue to allow the subconscious to reset these patterns.
